Playtech 1000x Quantum Roulette is an American Roulette version of the famous Quantum Roulette. It’s played on an American Roulette wheel with a zero and Double Zero and has a maximum quantum multiplier of 1000x.
Now fans of American Roulette will get to play this awesome multiplier game of Roulette, and Playtech has a game that will appeal to all gambling markets. US Players can already play 1000x Quantum American Roulette in New Jersey.
In some respects, I would have preferred Playtech to call this Quantum American Roulette, as it more accurately describes the game. But we’ll stick with 1000x Quantum Roulette for the moment.
In this review, I’ll explain how 1000x Quantum Roulette differs from the original, demonstrate how to play and suggest a few playing strategies.
1000x Quantum Roulette is a modified live dealer game of American roulette that includes winning multipliers up to 1000x in value.
When betting time closes, up to 5 random numbers are selected to boost payouts with either a 50x, 100x, 150x, 200x, 250x, 300x, 400x, 500x or 1000x multiplier.
Under special circumstances, some of these multipliers will be randomly boosted by 50x or even doubles or tripled.
Players can only win the multipliers by playing the straight-up bets, which have had their usual payout reduced to 29:1, which pay for the multipliers.
All other bets on this American roulette table pay the same as regular roulette.

Generally, you’d play 1000x Quantum Roulette because you want the bigger payouts of the multiplier wins.
That means placing straight-up bets, as no other bets qualify for the multiplier payouts. You can also play the other Inside and Outside bets, which receive the usual American Roulette payouts, but they won’t get the multipliers.
To play, you must first place your bets on the betting grid. You can do that:
When the betting time has closed, the Random number generator selects the numbers and the multipliers.
These are highlighted on the betting grid and overlay any bets you have placed.
Sometimes a special event occurs that will boost some of the multipliers by 50x, or even Doubling or Tripling them.
The game round ends when the ball settles into one of the numbered pockets on the wheel.
Let’s look in more detail at the bets you can make.
You can make two types of bets: Inside Bets and Outside bets.
1000x Quantum Roulette only gives multipliers on straight-up bets, so we’ll spend more time looking at these.
You can view the overall game statistics for the last 1000 spins. Alternatively, you can look at the overall figures for the previous 100 spins.
The last 500 results are displayed separately, showing the winning multipliers numbers and the value.
Typically 38 Multipliers are paid out per 500 game rounds, equating to an average of one every 13 spins.
It’s worth checking out the statistics before you play, but remember, previous results do not indicate what will happen next.
Every game round is a new event with the probability of something happening remaining the same.
The betting strategy for 1000x Quantum Roulette is no different from all the other multiplier games that use straight-up bets to qualify for the multipliers.
Popular strategies include:
It would help if you did not use general Roulette strategies such as Martingale, which uses Outside bets, which isn’t the focus of Quantum Roulette.
Autoplay is an excellent tool if you like to repeat the same bet for a set number of spins.
Autoplay minimises mistakes and can ensure you don’t miss any games, especially if you happen to be doing something else at the same time.
I like autoplay as it helps me manage my bankroll and, importantly, my losses, for which I can set limits.
The most obvious difference is one game has a single zero wheel and the other a double zero wheel. The other is one game has a maximum multiplier of 500x while the other has 1000x.
The RTPs are 97.30% for Quantum Roulette and 94.74% for 1000x Quantum Roulette. However, Playtech has adjusted the RTP for Straight-up bets to be 97.30% on both games. In theory, you’re playing on a level playing field for the multipliers across both games.
If we compare the published probability figures of when the multipliers will hit, we see the original Quantum hits the 50x and 100x multipliers more regularly. 1000x Quantum has stacked the probability in favour of the bigger multipliers.
You’ll probably get the same playing experience from both games, but the 1000x multiplier is challenging to ignore, so this may prove to be the better game in the long term.

1000x Quantum Roulette is the second Quantum Roulette game from Playtech, which gives multipliers on straight-up bets. This version uses a double Zero American Roulette wheel with a maximum multiplier of 1000x.
The maximum multiplier you can get is 1000x, which is likely to land 1..48% of the time. Multipliers of 50x to 200x are hit more frequently, with the 250x up to 500x falling in the range of 3.55% to 1.92%.
The two versions of Quantum Roulette play very similarly on the straight-up number bets. The Outside Bets differ, with 1000x Quantum Roulette having lower RTP due to the extra zero on the wheel.
The RTP for the straight-up bets is 97.30%, while the overall game has an RTP of 94.74%, which American Roulette delivers typically.
You can use several betting strategies to play and bet on 1000x Quantum Roulette. I’ve documented some strategic ways to play that are worth a read.
